Company Values

Guided by principles as immutable as our technology.

Symbridge was founded on a core set of values. These values have shaped and continually guided our company to create innovative, groundbreaking technology for professional traders. As firm believers in the power of a value-driven business, we and our team as a whole are proud to embody the following governing ideals:

Modern
While we have great respect for and roots in the history of trading, our eyes are always on the horizon of possibility. We know the future is bright, and we’re always on the search for new ways to turn that potential into reality.
Disruptive
We are not afraid to try new things, test the limits of understanding, and learn from our experiences. We thrive from the knowledge that doing so is the only way to optimize the world around us.
Education-Focused
Innovation is never isolated. And the catalyst for world-changing ideas is and always will be context. As such, we know the value of educating employees and clients.
Knowledgeable
Our deep understanding of and long history with the world of trading gives us a unique perspective on bleeding-edge technology. This respect gives us the humility to stand on the shoulders of giants and the courage to test the boundaries of the status quo.
Reliable
Today, consistency is more than just a perk—it’s a necessity. It’s why we are always striving to deliver a consistently high-quality experience that hedge funds, market makers, asset managers, and other professional traders can always depend on
